The historic Cedarville Opera House is the perfect venue for the performing arts but it's also a great place for weddings and other special events. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, if you are interested in learning more or taking a tour the space.
Rental = $75 per hour (Discounts are available for rentals lasting 10 or more hours.)
Stage Lighting Fee = $25 per performance/rehearsal
Grand Piano = $50
Audio/Lighting Technician = $75 per rehearsal/performance ($25 per hour after 3 hours) paid directly to technician
First time renters must pay $150 deposit to reserve their date
Balance is due 1 week following the rental
Tuning the grand piano is optional and costs $175. The piano is tuned every six months but may be tuned for your event by request.
All renters are allowed the use of dressing rooms
Cleaning service is provided however renters must reset any furniture moved during the rental and pick up trash left behind (ticket stubs, cups, wrappers, programs, etc.).
The lighting fee helps cover the cost of light bulbs. Please turn stage lighting off when not needed.
The opera house has seating for 375 — 195 on the main floor and 180 in the balcony
A rear projection screen is available at no charge. Renters are responsible to provide a projector if required.
